The therapist will apply oil and use his/her hands in a gliding, kneading, and circulating manner to probe and loosen tightened muscles. It can be either slow and gentle or firm and penetrating, depending on your personal preference. Deep Tissue Massage: 30 minutes: $30 / 60 minutes: $45 / 90 minutes: $65 Focusing on the deeper structures of the muscles and connective tissue, Deep Tissue Massage uses many of the same techniques as Swedish Massage but in a more intense and directed manner. It can be challenging and vigorous but is ultimately highly therapeutic and restorative as well.
