Reflexology is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet. A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. The sensory nerves of the internal organs that spread throughout the body are mainly gathered around the soles of the feet. Therefore, the massage is affective in stimulating the functions of the internal organs.
At Bamboo Forest, we offer several massage services and all are very affordable.

Please be aware that this is a deep tissue massage and can be painful to some, however the therapists will work at any level of pressure. The massage room is a community room and you do keep your clothes on so please wear thin clothing.
