Everybody has a unique wellness journey. This journey is never a straight line and it's never the same for any 2 people. My therapy philosophy is to meet you right where you are, today. I provide result driven therapy that will always include 60-90-120 FULL minute sessions, hot towels and pillows. I believe that my intuition, paired with technique, experience and knowledge is what keeps my clients coming back. The session may include stretching, Thai, Energy work, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, cupping and aromatherapy with the goal being, doing work but also relaxing and recharging.
