"Doing massage since 1988, I can treat injuries, provide relaxation, and help you maintain or increase flexibility. The addition of spa services means you can steam/shower, enjoy an incredible sweat in the state-of-the-art far infrared cedar sauna, get a Korean-style body scrub, moisturizing wrap, or add hot stones to your table massage.

Traditional massage of Thailand is done on a mat on the floor. You remain fully clothed and you are stretched, pressed, and moved in ways difficult to do yourself -- it's like having your yoga done.

Massage on the table is influenced by Hawaiian Lomi Lomi work, Swedish deep tissue techniques, myofascial release and sports massage. The addition of stretching when necessary insures that you can maintain or increase your flexibility.

Rossiter work, or advanced fascial stretching, is done on a thin mat on the floor, fully clothed. The idea is to get you out of pain -- right now. A Rossiter workout is to address specific soft tissue dysfunction."
