Your intuitive massage or Craniosacral session will help you to release restriction, pain, trauma and old patterns so you may return to the place of ease in movement.

I massage from the lightest touch to deep tissue work. Whether it is oil and hot stones, cream and energy work or a vigorous massage with chenille mitts, each session is as individual as the client.

Craniosacral sessions are completed fully dressed and very light touch. This modality is good for tension, trauma- emotional or physical, and restrictions in the body. Intra oral work (within the mouth) is especially helpful for headaches, TMJ or after dental work.

My work comes from a diverse background. I have WA state license for massage with an intra-oral endorsement as well as certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Professional education includes Craniosacral, Reiki, myofacial work and somatic repatterning.
